The UniMAP Holdings Group, in which UniMAP is the sole shareholder, comprises of four(4) subsidiaries, namely Technopreneur UniMAP Sdn. Bhd. (TUSB), Xplorex Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. (XTTSB), UniMAP GreenTech Sdn. Bhd. (UGTSB), and Golden Green Construction Sdn. Bhd. (GGCSB). In the beginning, this company was operated at the School of Business Innovation and Technopreneurship before it was moved to Kompleks Pentadbiran Taman Kechor Indah. It has an authorized and paid-up capital of RM5,000,000.00.

The four main pillars of UNHSB businesses are the insurance services, event management, child account/consultancy services, Twin Peaks Mineral Water sales,UniCITI Alam apartment rental management, and Solar Power projects.
