UniCITI ALAM is one of UniMAP's many campuses throughout Perlis, housing up to 4000 students with a township of its own. The development of UniCITI ALAM featured the latest in Interlocking Brick System (IBS) technology during its construction. With the experience gained from developing and maintaining the self-sustaining campus (through self-run and joint-venture methods), UNHSB now has the capability to manage projects for similar developments in educational institutions across the country.
